Lucy Truman - London Fashion Week
Another spectacular LFW drew to a close last week. During a week of groundbreaking shows, Lucy Truman captured her favourite looks as they appeared on the runway. Here are some of our favourites from Lucy's LFW sketch book, with Lucy’s thoughts below.
'The first look is from the Roksanda show, I loved the cut out colours which reminded me of Matisse and Jean Arp. The whole collection was really inspiring. Sometimes the celebrity filled front row can be just as enthralling as the looks coming down the catwalk, the second piece is inspired by the stunning Palmer Harding show. The make-up often plays second fiddle to the clothes at Fashion Week, but the make up from the Topshop Unique show was absolutely gorgeous and I felt it deserved an artwork all of its own.'
